Message: I've used a Holland Companion grill to cook on since late '01 and have found them to be an exceptional grill, one of the very few capable of cooking thick cuts of meats done without burning the outside and/or drying them out.
A while back I ordered an electric Holland Companion to give my daughter for Christmas and found Sean's pricing and customer service to be outstanding. Consequently, when a friend asked for a recommendation as to where to purchase a grill, I recommended ProPride. When my friend called to inform me his grill had arrive and was defective, I was surprised. When he also informed me that Sean was looking into it personally, I wasn't surprised in the least. Bottom line, the grill was replaced immediately and ProPride has yet another satisfied customer.
